OneASR includes an integrated high-performance media parsing and audio extraction subsystem (/api/v1/media/parse and /api/v1/audio/fetch-url). Clients such as DuRT (macOS App), AI agents, or backend services can directly submit public video sharing links or direct media URLs to extract high-fidelity audio streams for seamless transcription.

NOTE
Media extraction runs locally or through your configured OneASR server instance. Audio is extracted and processed in temporary storage without permanent retention.
